PROJECTING

PROJECTING

1. Needs Analysis

The first step of the project is to determine the needs. Factors such as the target audience, the capacity of the park, the activities to be offered and the budget are taken into consideration.

2. Concept Design

In this stage, the general concept of the park is determined. Design ideas for themes, trails, activities and other areas are developed. This stage is critical for determining what kind of experience the park will offer.

3. Site Selection and Land Analysis

A suitable site is selected and detailed analyses are performed on the land. Factors such as soil structure, environmental effects and transportation are evaluated.

4. Detailed Design and Planning

After the concept design is completed, the detailed design of the park is made. In this stage, plans, drawings and 3D models of the park are created. In addition, safety measures and necessary equipment are planned.

5. Construction and Installation

After the design and planning are completed, the construction and installation phase begins. This stage includes the physical construction of the park and the installation of all equipment.

6. Testing and Safety Checks

After the park is completed, all activities and equipment are tested in detail. Safety checks are carried out and necessary arrangements are made.

7. Training and Staff Preparation

Staff are trained to operate the park and act in accordance with safety protocols. Training is important to increase the quality of services to be provided to guests.

8. Launch and Opening

After the park is completed and all preparations are complete, the launch and opening are carried out. This allows the park to be introduced and welcome its first guests.

9. Continuous Inspection and Maintenance

After the opening, the park is continuously inspected and maintained. Regular inspections and maintenance operations are carried out to maintain safety standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
